What's the appeal...
in logo covered goods such as LV, Gucci, Coach, Fendi, Dooney & Bourke, etc.?
I'm not trying to start drama, I'm just curious as to why one would opt for an item with logos as opposed to one without?

The only logo bag I like is LV. I find it timeless and chic. All my other bags are no name and plain.

I think some of them are appealing if the logo makes an interesting pattern and adds to the overall design of the bag, but for the most part I am not a logo girl.

I think some logos just look good, like Coach. I love their logo bags.
I'm not a fan of some of the logos, like Dooney & Bourke.

I am so not a fan of any of these bags. I hate bags with logos. MIL and FIL gave me a Damier bag for my birthday and I returned it. Just not my taste!!

Good question! I've never been a fan of logos. The first time I told anyone I wasn't a fan of LV they looked at me like I had three heads!

I hate bags with Logo's on them, I feel like I'm advertising for the store...
I love my new Michael Kors bag, it just has the MK on the pull strap and that's it.

I have 1 Coach signature bag that I am not currently using. I wanted a signature bag for years before I got it. I have to admit, I love my plain leather bags a lot more.

Ditto. It is totally free advertising for the company. I refuse to buy into this. And on top of that, someone who knows brands will know a brand based upon the craftsmanship, fabric and quality. Anyone can recognize LV all over a bag, but when you know it's an LV without initials all over it, then you know your $hit.
