Whats the best med that I can I give my lab to help with arthritis?
He's about 12 and it seems that arthritis is setting in as he is slow to stand and slow to lie down. I was told to get him Glucosamine chondroitin. IS this true? Where can I get for and how much does this usually cost?

we just used asprin for our dog - he was about 75 lbs so we would give him one pill - it seemed to help him

just so you know lyme disease can present like arthritis in dogs we found out too - my one dog seem arthritic for a while and then it stopped - learned later she probably had lyme disease

You definitely could do glucosamine. If you go to the Vitamin Outlet in Bohemia, they sell special pet joint care vitamins
