What's the best point & shoot camera for parents (fast but small)
Thanks girls!!! I need one ASAP for an upcoming trip and don't want to worry about my slr & sand!

I've always heard raves about Canon Powershots...
This is what I have and it is fantastic! I LOVE my PowerShot. It's small and takes great pictures. And there isn't a long delay (like I've seen w/some other cameras) which is good with a toddler that does not sit still for a second

I just got a Sony w-9 (i think that's the name) and I LOVE it. Very fast, small and takes good pictures.

Thats that I hear, but which ps do you have?
I have the PowerShot SD1200 IS. Here is a link to it on amazon so you can see (much pricier than what I paid though). I purchased mine from Walmart sometime last year so I'm sure they have some newer models. But I definitely love this camera.

I've had a Sony Cybershot as my primary camera (don't own a DSLR because I'm not big on photography) and I love it. Excellent speed and photo quality for a point and shoot.

Canon Powershot D10 - it is great - it takes great pictures plus is waterproof, sand proof, handles low temperaatures and gettign banged around
