Whats the best product
For bad diaper rash? DD has her 1st diaper rash and it looks like open cuts/sores on her butt. I feel so bad. Going to the store in a little bit to pick something up. I have been using desitin but it looks worse instead of better

Any creams that I ever put on Anthony made the rashes worse, especially Desitin. Cornstarch powder (with Aloe & Vitamin E) really cleared it up. I put it on after every diaper change now and he hasn't had a rash in months.

did u get the purple box of desitin? i havent used it yet, but my ped said it has the highest percentage of zinc oxide, which is what cures diaper rash.

Pediatric Dermatologist told me to get Sensi Care 3. I order it on Amazon and it did the trick for us. We what sounds like what your DD has and this stuff stays on better than any other product.

Balmex works best on DS. And the clear A&D. It's an individual thing so you'll have to try them all to see which is best for DD. Hope it gets better!
