not necessarily the cheapest but I love diapers.com, I order a ton, get free shipping and get next day delivery.

BJ's for Pampers!!! I go through the self checkout. You can use manufactuer's coupons and then BJ's coupons. I have been able to get amazing deals.

ITA with BJs. Last week I got a case of Huggies for $30--they had a $4 off coupon and I used a few manufacturer's coupons. It was a great deal!
