What's the deal on buying homes in forclosure?
I hear you can save 20-50%. Is it a huge hassle?

it depends- sometimes you can't get into the house to inspect it and it can be a mess
and there is a new law in NY that need to buy them with cash only
you can't get a mortgage
I'm not sure about other states- but if you have another one in mind- I can go ask my husband - he's a mortgage banker
