what's the most reliable method
when trying to detect ovulation?
also, please someone tell me why my profile with pic has not been updated - what can I do? thanks!

I chart which is taking your waking temperature every morning and putting the temps into a chart on Fertility Friend and I also use an Ovulator Predictor Kit. (OPK) I need to use all the methods because I have Endometriosis and for us to even have the slightest chance of getting PG I need to pinpoint ovulation so we time it right.

I used the OPK kits this past week - got 2 dark lines one day and then the next day, the one line got much lighter. what does that mean?

If they were the same shade of darkness or if the LH line was darker, that means you were surging. Ovulation occurred anywhere from 12-36 hours later.
Best tool out there is the clear blue fertility monitor for tracking O. However, it's expensive.
