The one near Target is Roosevelt Raceway. The only other theater I know in that area is the one at Roosevelt Field.
I think Westbury has a movie theater, too, though, but it isn't over by the stores.

The one I'm thinking of in particular is the one across from PetSMart(Maybe Petco..same difference), Panera, Linens and Things...that shopping area. I just CAN'T figure it out

that's the one that is IN the mall (those stores are in the carle place shopping center right across from roosevelt field mall).
i don't think it has a name other than the roosevelt field mall theater
