We have one in our lobby and sometimes it's very hard to hold back because I have to pass it to get to the elevator

Dunkin Donuts medium coffee light and sweet...gives me such a nice jolt!

every day after lunch and dinner I have a treat - either a cookie, piece of chocolate or something sweet - I have to or I don't feel complete:).
Occasionally, latte, frapuucino, etc.

A couple times a week..Choc. chip cookies or once a week choc. chip muffin from DD..(I eat 1/2 1 day and the other 1/2 another).
So bad but so good! Baby wants it.

a small vanilla iced coffee from DDor an iced coffee from starbucks, with nonfat milk and 2 splenda.
Sometimes I'll have a skinny cow ice cream sandwich after dinner.

YUM! Me too . . .
My daily treats vary, but I allow myself something every day. Tonight it will be some ice wine and 1/2 a cocoa via bar.
Sometimes it is a light ice cream dessert of some sort, or 100 calorie pack doritos . . . .

how is vitamin water a treat???
I have some sort of sweet almost nightly after dinner... usually a skinny cow flying saucer ice cream thing but last night I made the best brownies ever--ghiradelli double chocolate, yummy!

omg i sound like such an alcoholic saying this, but lately since my DH has been working late,after I put my kids to bed, I fill up my mini martini shaker with a delicious chocolate martini recipe I invented, take out my frozen martini glass from the freezer& rent a good movie.....ahhhhh I look forward to the evenings lately!
