for store brands, I like "light done right" by Kraft. but I LOVE Wishbone light Italian. I get huge bottles of them at BJ's and use it for cooking/marinating.

Ken's Steakhouse lite honey mustard for sandwiches.
for actual salads... tough one.
Usually just Goya Pico de Gallo.
Or the spritzer red wine vin.
OOOOH_ eta Annies Naturals Goddess dressing. but again, for sandwiches.
I love sandwiches. Salads, not so much.

I go through phases - my latest kick is Ken's Thousand Island. I can't seem to get enough of it. Other favorites are Marie's Ranch, and Hidden Valley Ranch.

Balsamic vinegar and olive oil - about 1 to 1 ratio, maybe a little less oil, mixed with 1or 2 chopped cloves of garlic and a little salt.

some of you said that you like lite dressing. Is that your favorite dressing? Are there full fat dressing you love too but you haven't had them in a while?
I love me some full fatty fat Ceasar Dressing...homemade preferably.
