what's your favorite cookbook?
I got some B&N gift cards for the holidays and I'd like to purchase a cook book. I'd prefer something with recipes that aren't too difficult and not too many ingredients

The Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook (the classic red and white)
Barefoot Contessa How Easy is That - I don't have this but I've checked it out from the library several times and probably should buy it.
Rachael Ray 30 Minute Get Real Meals - I know a lot of people don't like her but if you need quick meals that aren't super carbed this is great.
I recommend checking some out from the library if you have the time. I've coveted books only to find out that there were only a few usable recipes.

How to Cook Everything Vegetarian by Mark Bittman.
I would highly recommend any of his cookbooks. I'm veg so this one applies to me, but his other books are just as phenomenal. DH has found me curled up on the couch reading Bittman's cookbooks like they're a novel. :)
