I use a combination of:
La Vitton water soluble oil cleanser
AND THEN
Murad Clarifying Wash
My skin has been glowing lately!

Yes it is totally safe, it only contains benzoyl peroxide which is fine during pregnant. I would listen to what your Dr. says

Neutrogena - I use three of them. A no-oil cream for oily skin formula, blackhead scrub, and pore reducing cream/scrub.

neutrogena oil free acne wash in the morning (with salicylic acid) and body shop passion fruit cleansing gell (i think they do not have it in the US) at night.
i have pro active, but i am not sure how my skin will react with benzol peroxide (spelling).

I use Cetaphil and have been for years. It's very gentle and you can use it on your eyes too. I hate having to use an eyemakup remover.

I couldn't use the proactiv cause it dried my skin up. I do use the proactiv moisturizer though.
I've been using the Neutrogena Acne Cream Cleanser and I've seen good results so far.
