Brownies - I usually buy boxed mix
Fruit Salad
Snacks:
Cold spinach dip in a bread bowl
Hummus with pita chips
Mozzarella caprese skewers

Cake mix cookies. Easiest thing to make and sooooooo good!
1 box of any flavor cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
Always a hit!!!

brownies with caramel, or chocolate chip cookies - for dessert
salsa, guacamole for snacks
I can do all of these from scratch pretty quickly the night before- and often have the ingrediants on hand.

What's your go to dessert/snack for party?
Snacks I love: chips and fresh salsa, chips and dip, veggie platter with hummus or fruit salad. If I am being bad, I love cheesecake and italian pastries.

The Knorr recipe for spinach dip minus the water chestnuts and doubling the spinach. Served with pieces of bagel. Fave dessert to bring (not make) is pizza crumb!
