Me neither...My mother and grandmother both do not have middle names so my mother decided I wouldn't have one either...My brothers both have middle names though..I'm not bitter or anything

Mary after my mother.
I wanted to drop it though and take my maiden name, but I was told to LEGALLY do that you have to get a court order, and well, it doesn't mean that much to me.

My brother has a middle name too!!  And they *claim* it's because his full name is a family name.
