medium brown with a lot of reddish & blondish highlights. I've actually never dyed my hair so I don't know how I'd look with any other color.

I have dark brown hair. I dyed it or dud highlights when I was in my teens and early twenties. But I've been my natural color for about 10 years now. I gave no intentions of dying it until I start going gray.

I was red at birth, platinum until maybe 7. Then my real color is the same as Jennifer Anistons fake color. Ive been blonder, dark brown, burgundy, high/low lights. Currently im doing an ombre. Dark top, blonde bottoms. I dont think I could ever really match my natural color again lol.

any time I go to the hair salon I get "i htink you are my only customer with virgin hair" lmao. I used to highlight but haven't in a really long time. I can't keep up it. lol

Born with dark dark brown- almost black
Turned platinum blonde around 2 and stayed that way until around 12 or so.
Kept getting darker and darker.
Now my natural is probably a pretty dark brown- I guess like what I was born with.
I never realized just HOW dark it was (because I have been highlighting for years) until one time I said- I am sick of the maintenance on these highlights- dye me back to my natural.
Um yeah. It was DARK.
I don't look good in my natural color because I am fair and it made me look even paler.
I just find it funny though how you can be born with one color, turn another for childhood, then turn back. So strange.

Light brown. I've been doing various colors in the blonde range for years, starting with highlights, then to single process. I went very light for a while and now I am a dark blonde. I don't love my current color tone but the roots don't show quickly. I went back to a brown color about 2 years ago and I felt so dull and my skin looked so pale against it.

I'm blonde -
My sister does that painting in the highlights thing so they blend naturally (there's a technical term for it that I never remember) -
I haven't spent a summer in the sun in a looooooooong time - no more natural highlights for me
I'd LOVE to go auburn/red .....but I'm too aftaid I'd never get back to my natural (now, enhanced  ) color .....

The hair painting technique is called Balayage and it's awesome. I love the way it looks.
To the OP my natural hair color is dark brown. After dying my hair every color under the sun, I decided my natural hair color fits best. Occasionally I will dye it Feria Espresso for a little extra umph and recently I did a dye that has a reddish tone but it's just for a little extra something to boost my color not to change it completely.

I'm lucky, I really am. What's nice is that it changes with the seasons a little too - in the summer it gets a little lighter, a little more strawberry blonde. And in the fall/winter it gets deeper and more auburn.
People will ask me a lot during the change of seasons, oh did you color it? It looks different! It's so funny. I always tell them, no, it changes with the seasons and they look at me like, yeah right!! But, I swear!
I don't know what I'm going to do when my hair goes grey - I really don't. I love my natural color so much and there's really no way to "duplicate" that. So, I feel like once I color it it'll never quite be the same and I'll never truly feel like "me". 
...I'm on the right... dreading the day that the color turns to silver!! LOL!

NEVER dye it! I have the same natural color and dyed it once years ago. It's never been the same I'm getting depressed just thinking about it.

I have dark brown and it's all natural right now and I love it this way. I haven't colored it in 2.5 years. I used to do highlights and lowlights but I got tired of keeping up with it.
I have a couple strands of gray and I leave them. It's not gray hair, it's strands of glitter! (saw that on Facebook lol) I'm good as long as my roots don't grow in completely gray!
