Wheat Grass shots/juice?

I read that Wholefoods sells Wheatgrass shots/juice but I was wondering if trader joe's has them since the wholefoods by me is far.
I have elevated FSH 12.7 and I'm trying to see if any remedy can help lower it at this point. How much do you drink a day?

I have looked in the past at Trader Joes, but never found it, I was only able to get it at whole foods

When I was taking wheatgrass juice I got it at a juice bar and had between 4 and 6 shots per week. There is also a beverage I think called "Green Goodness" that is available at some supermarkets, which contains wheatgrass juice plus a bunch of other things...

In Whole Foods, its in the freezer section. It's in a small box that has what looks like icecube trays filled with frozen wheat grass. Whole Foods also sells the powder, but I found it gross and grainy. I could handle the frozen shots better. In the beginning I had to hold my nose too, because it basically tastes like you are drinking fresh mowed grass.

I had a high FSH and i took 7 wheat grass pills a day instead of shots. I also did acupuncture once a week (twice a week once my IVF cycle started), and i was put on a high protein diet (Lamb, Red Meat, Chicken, Turkey) with lots of veggies and my FSH went down. I just finished stimming, have my egg retrieval on Monday, but my RE says the eggs look great and i have amost 20 of them!

I think the acupuncture helped a lot, as well as the high protein diet.
