When are you supposed to start taking classes?
First of my friends to get pregnant - so I'm new to all of this with no one to really ask! When are you supposed to start taking classes - prenatal yoga, lamaz (spelling?), and whatever else I'm missing that I should be doing! Thanks so much!!

prenatal yoga you can start at anytime. I think i started at 16 weeks, after my nausea went away.
childbirth education classes (they cover lamaze, I'm not sure if they offer just lamaze classes anymore) you start later, after 30 weeks. we just started and I'm 33 weeks on thursday.
