I think we started around 7-8 months. She loved it.
Earth's Best also makes some jarred breakfasts that have yogurt in them that DD loved.

My ped said to wait until DS is a year, bc the yogurt is made from milk.

Doctor said at 8 months but since DD is on soy formula, to do a very little bit at a time to see if she gets gasssy.

my dr said 6 months, but DS can't have milk yet b/c of his allergy

My ped said 9 months but I gave Peyton it at 6 months. As long as they don't have a milk allergy I think you're ok with it. I took the chance, she loves it.
