when did/will you ask godparents?
When did you ask people to be your child's godparents? We already have the christening booked for July 13.

I think we asked in January. Christening is this Sunday, but we asked awhile ago.

I really don't rem. My sister new she would be and then I asked my brother when my daughter was born. Now for the second we will ask at the end of my pregnancy

I asked them when I was about 13-14 weeks pregnant. I bought an "I Love My Aunt" and "I Love My Uncle" frame and we wrote a little note to each of them from the baby saying how excited he/she was that they were going to be their godparent. They cried and said yes of course!!

We asked both around 30 weeks. BIL is/was planning to move overseas so we had to make arrangement. We knew he would be godfather. We asked my step-sister to be godmother then too b/c she was visiting for my shower and I thought it would be nicer to ask in person than over the phone (since I had the opportunity)!

My friend asked me to be her son's godmother once she booked the christening. I don't remember how far along she was but I know she was still PG.

Our baby is due on 6/1 my sister knows she going to be GodMother but over the weekend we asked my DH Uncle to be GodFather. We booked the Christening for August 2008.
