When did you give yogurt for first time and what kind?
DS is almost 8 months old i feel like our feeding times are boring. I was gonna introduce yogurt this month. Yo baby seems to have only ones with fruit in it is this ok? Do i stick with one flavor for 3 days at a time or just the same yogurt in general or should i just find a plain yogurt to give. Thank in advance.

I gave DD the plain yo baby ones and then mixed the earths best fruit that she liked.

I did each flavor 3 days at a time but held off on the berry ones until DS turned 1. He loved the banana and vanilla flavored pack and now loves the mixed berries
