When did you introduce the sippy cup?
Sorry if this has been asked. I saw on the paper from me Ped to start it around 8 months.

I have been giving Nina a sippy for the past couple of weeks, when she is sitting in her highchair having lunch and dinner. Im not pushing it but im just letting her get the "feel" of it. She can now drink some water out of it.

I believe we started with water around 5-6 months. DS does great with it.

Around 4.5-5 months. I only give him water in it though. I feel there is no need for juice/extra sugar so I stick with water only.

I waited way too long- I think 10 months. Now I can't get her to give up two bottles a day. Next time I will start at 6 months.

I agree with Deb. Kristina gets no juice. If she wants juice - i give her one of her Munchkin feeders w/fruit in it. She can suck the juice out of that.
For the sippy cup... I've been giving it to Kristina for the past month - so since she was around 6 months old. She gets water only.... and the Diva only wants Ice Water!!!!

Same here. Once his ped said juice was okay we gave it to him in a sippy. Nuby are really good

And it took her until this month to figure out how not to throw it off of her highcahir.

Started around 5-6 months with water - He didnt get the hang of it right away, so I didnt really use it too much.
Ped told me at his 7 month visit to introduce (which I had done) and said to make sure to give formula in the cup as well as the water.
DS has been a pro since about 8 months!
