When did you start feeling hungry all the time?
I am not sure if it is in my head or not, but I feel hungry all.the.time. I am still very early, 5w4d and can't get full.
I just had a failry large portion of spaghetti & meatballs, and now I could still go for more. Is this in my head or can it be that I really am hungry

I was the same way  Very early in my pregnancy I was starving all the time. All the way up to about 8 weeks I want to say when I started getting nausea and sickness. Then it was hard to get motivated to eat so gingerale, crackers, bagels, etc until about 11 weeks. Had lingering nausea and sickness up until 14 weeks and now my appetite is back :) I still get hungry but at least now I eat everything including fruits and veggies whereas before they made me want to vomit.
I'm 21 weeks

now at 28 weeks  for the first 16 weeks i literally had zero appetite . Now in my third trimester im starving.

I became starving a few days before my bfp. I thought it was just nerves after my ivf transfer lol I ate nonstop for a few weeks. Totally normal! Congrats!

Thanks everyone. I am just happy that now I can eat regular adult size meals, whereas before I was monitoring my portions.

I'm 7 weeks. I'm not hungry all the time, but I go from being fine to being starving really fast. Then, I need to eat a lot for the hunger to go away. Last time, I remember being hungry more often and eating a lot of small snacks throughout the day. This tinme, I'm generally hungry at mealtime.

Im actually the opposite fo you! Im wondering why I'm not more hungry although I have been eating a bit more.
I'm 15 weeks now and still don't have the appetite I did pre-preggo.

right away. at work I was eating 2 lunches and snacking all the time. the only time i did not have much of an appetite was at dinner.
Just an FYI - my nurse told me that carbs help with nausea. All I was eating for a while was spaghetti.

this is one of the reasons I had a feeling I was pregnant!!! I wanted to eat 24/7!
and then once I knew, I was even hungrier LOL until the morning sickness kicked in, then I slowed down a bit
then it slowed down in the 2nd trimester...and now that I'm into the 3rd, I'm finding myself hungrier again...although now I can't eat as much cuz there's not enough room in there!!! so that could be why

Me too. Except my m/s lasted until 12 weeks.
