Until the time my DS was 18 months, I didnt even think about it. I always knew I have another but wasnt in a rush.
When DS was 2 I was ready.
When DS was 2.5 DH was ready
I got pregnant when DS was 2y7m. My kids are about 3.5 years apart and I love the difference!

DS will be 3.5 years old in a few weeks and I guess recently I have been "thinking" about it only because my SO has been asking about it alot. But I am no where close to actually wanting to try to make that happen, if at all.

around the time when DS was 18 months we started discussing it again. hes almost 23 months now and we will start ttc again in the fall so that they are about 3 years apart.

DH was ready to try for another child when DS was about 15 months old. I took a little longer to get to the same page. I agreed at about 17 months and I was PG the same month. My kids are a full 25 months apart.
DH wanted the kids to be two years apart. I love having two kids so close in age. They are best friends. DS just turned 4 and DD will be 2 next month. We are done.

I knew when I got my BFP...seriously, I don't think I would have ever said I was ready for #2. To me, there is always something that you need to do or wait for to be completely ready. But the reality is that you may never be 100% "ready," but if you are almost ready, when #2 is on their way, it will force you to be ready.
this was me. We started talking about it, but really hadn't made a commitment to try because we were still a little unsure and then a BFP. I was in shock and freaking out a little, but now I'm so excited. DD is 20 months now.

We knew we were ready to start trying as soon as DD was born! LOL We started shortly thereafter and was blessed with another DD the following year.  Gppd luck with your decision!

DD is 20 months and I have my moments but I know I am not ready. I stold DH I will NOT have another child until we have our own house (right now we own a 2 bedroom co-op and its soo tight with just us 3). I don't think I will have another child for at least another 1-2 years
