when did you stop taking meds?
there are so many conflicting reports out there. I don't know what is true.
does a baby share a blood stream right away, or not till a certain time? I can't understand how it would grow if it wasn't sharing a blood stream, how would it get anything??
and if your taking prescription meds (nothing serious) when do you stop them??

ITA with the 2PP's, I was taking medicine for an increased prolactin level and I asked my doctor what I should do if I become pregnant while taking them and he said to stop. Unless your doctor told you that specifically before hand, I would continue business as usual and call your doctor ASAP!

I am on meds everyday for various things and the doctor told me that once I get a BFP I have to stop. With DS, that is what I did and I am doing the same thing this time around.

Yes - you would need to call your doc ASAP. I take quite a few meds daily & when I got my bfp I called each of the prescribing docs & then verified their info with my OB. There are different classes of drugs & I was told to stay on some & stop others. Some were replaced with less potent, but safe versions (more specifically, some of my daily asthma meds). Only your docs can safely give you the answer to this question...
