when did your clothes start feeling tight?
I am six weeks and my clothes are still fitting just fine! I have no symptoms and I'm getting really nervous. When did your clothes start feeling tight?

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
Last week at 19 weeks! I took the plunge and started wearing some maternity things. They are a little big at his point, but i am only half way through so I figure I needed some room to grow.

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
I am 14wks and still wearing my regular clothes...I have 2 pairs of pants that are now uncomfortable, but I think that's b/c they were a little tight to begin with.

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
maybe 18 weeks? before that my pants fit fine.
at 6 weeks the is the size of a sesame seed, so while you may have some bloating, you probably won't gain weight yet.

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
between 6 & 10 weeks, you will start noticing some tightness - but it will be from bloating (a totally normal thing).
don't worry about the lack of feeling ANYTHING. This advice is coming from someone who had NO SYMPTOMS to speak of until heartburn set in...(i had congestion, but that's also pretty normal for me)...

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
My clothes starting to feel tight before BFP!
I gained some weight on the honeymoon, and then when I found out I was pregnant I kept growing. I was in maternity pants first and now I wear maternity shirts.

Around 13 weeks for me - I moved into using the Bella Band with my pants (I can still get away with that now at almost 17 weeks ), and my shirts are still fitting, although a little more snug than normal.

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
I just put my first pair of maternity jeans on this Saturday at 18 weeks. I usually wear my regular clothes...just can't fit into a select few that were honestly tight to begin with.

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
i must be a fat cow b/c im 11 weeks and already i cant button some of my work pants. or if there is a double tab closure i can only get the bottom ones closed and still be comfortable. Some of my jeans fit fine, others i cant even close.
im so bloated its not even funny.
i regularly wear a size 4 so the slightest bloat normally would make stuff tight.
Ughh..

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
I am 12 and a half weeks.
I am still wearing my regular clothes. I am using a rubber band to close most pants. I definitely need it. and I haven't gained any weight yet, so i don't know what it is.
my boobs are also bigger, taking a few button downs out of the rotation.
it really depends on your body. I have a smaller waist and flat stomach generally, so I can see and feel the change already.

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
It was very early on for me but i do think it had a lot to do with the meds I was on for IVF. I started to wear solely maternity clothes around 10w

Re: when did your clothes start feeling tight?
at 12 weeks but not around the belly more around the butt and thigh area- thats where most of my weight has gone. maternity pants are still very big around my belly.
