When did your DC go from three to two bottles/sippies a day?
How old? Also, did you cut out the midday bottle/sippy yourself or did your child?

at 12 months we went cold turkey off the bottle for DD
for DS at 10 months we got rid of the afternoon bottle. at 11 months we got rid of the nighttime bottle (the easiest one by far) and by 12 months and 2 weeks we got rid of the morning bottle (the hardest one)

I meant them drinking it - whether it be from a bottle or sippy.

By 12 months DD was nursing only in the morning and at night....at 14 months when I weaned her I was only giving her a sippy in the morning and one at night. Water throughout the day.

DS is 20 mos and still gets 3 cups a day - just about 24 oz.
