When do you begin to feel something, "flutters" something?
In my insanity, I am thinking something is wrong. I am 17.5 weeks and I feel nothing. Is this normal?

I didn't really start feeling them until about 20 weeks. Don't drive yourself crazy because everyone is different. Don't judge by when others 1st started to feel... you'll worry yourself too much.

I had a few very faint things go on around the 17 week mark and one strong kick at 19 weeks. I am almost 26 weeks and I still don't get much movement

Re: When do you begin to feel something, "flutters" something?
I first felt a flutter at 16.5 weeks and full on kicks at around 19 weeks, but everyone is different. I think most women don't feel anything until 20-22 weeks.

Re: When do you begin to feel something, "flutters" something?
I am 20 weeks and haven't felt anything yet. I saw the DR on Monday for my 20 week appointment and he said that my placenta is in the front so it may make it more difficult to feel any movement. I was worried but he said that everything was fine.

I agree, everyone is different. I didn't feel movement until about 19-20 weeks also. If your concerned you can always ask your Dr, they will reassure you that everythings ok.

With my first pregancy I didnt really feel anything until after 20 weeks...each pregnancy since then has been earlier and earlier...Its more that you know then what you are feeling....Relax Im sure you are "feeling" the baby you are just a new mommy and dont know it yet!

Re: When do you begin to feel something, "flutters" something?
The 1st baby is typically later - I know I felt my first kicks at 19 weeks with my first but like 16 weeks with the 16. I think for the first they say 18-20 weeks is most normal.

Re: When do you begin to feel something, "flutters" something?
I felt my first flutter at 18 weeks, but I wasn't sure if it really was a flutter until more came the following week. I don't feel them everyday.

I was sure I was feeling them at 17 weeks, and today at 19 weeks I just started feeling light taps and just a lot more movement, I guess they are kicks!
