where exactly do you feel the flutters?
is it by the belly pouch, or up higher?

I feel them about 2-3 inches below my belly button, like right in the center of my pelvis.

I'm not sure if I've really felt them yet, but what I felt was also below the belly button, but to the side. My other preggo and mom friends let me know that their's was similar.

Mine were between the belly button and hairline. I had a weird pop in my belly in that area around week 10 and I freaked. It looked like an egg was trying to push out through my belly, toward the left side. I thought it might be a hernia. When I went to the doctor she told me it was the baby.  But that's the area, weeks later, that I started feeling flutters. Who knew?
