Depends on the day. My older kids go to school so we all pretty much get dressed after breakfast. But I've always done it that way, even when my oldest was an infant. Once in awhile we have a PJs day but most often after breakfast. Any earlier than that and there is food on the day's outfit.

I usually change them as soon as they wake up but that's because I have to drive my older son to school and while I'm changing the other twos diapers I just dress them so I'll be done.

depends - if he spit up during the night/early morning changing then right away - if not, i usually wait till 1hour before we go out...so far it varies.

After her first nap, which is over around 11am. Sometimes I do it right after she wakes up though, depends on our plans for the day.

As soon as he wakes up, he gets his diaper changed and puts on his clothes for the day.
