When do you replace breast pump parts?
I've had my Medela Freestyle for about 3 months and haven't switched the parts yet. Recently I feel like the pump isn't working as well and thought maybe it was time to replace the pump parts.

The only parts I ever changed was the tubing b/c it would get moldy. I nursed for 14 months and probably replaced the tubes 4 times in that time period.

i haven't changed anything either. I just got another set of shields, etc., to have an extra and it performs the same.

I actually ended up buying 3 extra sets of pump parts so I have 4 sets total.
I wonder if I have some sort of air leak.

I think I read on LIF in the past that people replaced membranes but not the tubing.
Can you buy the tubing separately?
I don't think I've seen that sold at BRU.
I'm almost certain I have an air leak..not sure if it is with the tubing or the pump parts but something is definitely wrong with my pump.

When I lent it to a friend . I only bf for 3 months so I never changed them.
