when do you stop using the sling in the infant tub?
We got the tub that comes with the sling, when do you stop using that? Also I hear a lot of you ladies putting your infants in the actual tub, when do you do that, and why don't you use the infant tub...just wondering, bc I'm clueless to this!!!

I would assume when the infant can sit up themselves.

DS is 16 weeks and we're going to stop using the sling this week. DS no longer fits into it and is trying to splash the water. So we decided that it's time to take it out.

i stopped using it early on, it was so annoying and it didn't really hold him in place at all. i just hold him up as best i can.

i stopped using it at 4 weeks. my tub has a litle shelf thats on an incline so she can sit up. she likes it much better than the sling...no more crying at bathtime. i will use the infant tub for awhile, probably until she can situp on her own

I only used the sling for about 2 weeks. DD was a big baby and was too heavy for the sling.

I stopped using the sling once DDs bellybutton fell off. THe tub I have has an infant side and toddler side, and she loves being submerged in the water. I only use the sling if I want to clean her privates and I want her lifted up from the water to see what I am doing.
