When I was pregnant, my students guessed at 9wks so I just ended up telling most people at that point.
We lost the baby in the 2nd trimester.. so next time my plan is to go as long as possible.. though in reality I will probably tell at 12wks....... I can't live through my next pregnancy preparing for the worst.

i plan on telling them around 13-14 weeks. we are telling the whole family on xmas so that monday when i go back to work i will tell them all.
