When making your own baby food....
do you use white AND dark meat for chicken?

Yes the white can be very dry, I am a fan of dark meat so it really doesn't concern me. If I do use white i usually mix it with carrots or something to give it a little but of juice and moisture.

i use white meat and add gravy. when i roast a chicken i use the natural juices.

Yeah because I made it with just the white meat and poaching liquid and it was like a chicken paste She loved it, but I didn't want to feed her anymore incase it got stuck to the roof of her mouth or something. So, just to be neurotic, it's ok to use some dark meat?

That's a good idea, too. Why in hell didn't I think of all this? Mommy brain strikes again!
I don't mind givnig her the veggies and fruits from a jar, but I'm sorry, I don't feel comfortable giving her mechanically separated chicken parts.
