We told our parents and siblings as soon as we saw them after we found out.
Close friends we waited till about 10 weeks.

I was10 wks and we told everyone on Thanksgiving.

We told my mom and sister at 8 weeks because I was getting really bad all day morning sickness so I couldn't really hide it. The rest of our immediate family found out at 10 weeks, after we heard the heartbeat. We are just telling friends little by little now at 14 weeks.
