when to test long cycle
I just got AF on CD56. My cycles have kind of been all over the place since i got off the pill 6 months ago. Last month I took the test for 20 days no pos OPK.
I am wondering if since my cycle was so long if I should still start testing at CD14.

I would temp and follow EWCM rather than OPK's if you are having really long cycles... i woudnt want to waste all that money on OPK's

well the one before this cycle was 26days. I already bought one for this month but, i got a digital this time. I guess if I dont get a smiley in 20 days I will start to temp. I really didnt want to temp

it wont hurt to do opks and temping or EWCM...
i think you have to temp for the entire cycle in order to get an accurate O time frame... idk tho ive never done it

well the instructions on my opk package says to go by the shortest cycle....so if 26 days is the shortest cycle I would start testing on the day the instructions tell you for the cycle length and just keep testing till u get
