When was a beta level first drawn on you?
My first appt I wil be 5 weeks 6 days. No one said anything about coming in prior to that for any bloodwork. Is that ok?
With dc #1 I had a beta level drawn at 4 weeks. I didn't require serial betas however.

I think it was somewhere around 5 weeks. He had me come for two, and also checked my progesterone.

I don't know if I ever had one to be honest.
They did a pee pregnancy test in the office on my first visit-8 weeks. They said, yeah your pregnant. Wow, thanks for the update! 
I went for bloodwork the next week for a bunch of things- like 100s of things- and they never told me any results in terms of beta numbers.

I didnt have one my first pregnancy but then with my second my dates were off so they drew a beta because I thought i was 6 weeks and I was only actually 4

When was a beta level first drawn on you?
I went to the ER at 5w3d to rule out PE. They did a beta there b/c the Dr. knew I was nervous about not being able to see an OB for a few weeks so he said for my peace of mind, he'll run it. Otherwise, I probably would never have had a beta drawn.

I called my doc and requested one the day after my BFP. It was around 4weeks.

When was a beta level first drawn on you?
I am going back in at 11 weeks and will have a workup done then. Since all looks great now he didn't feel I needed to do anything at the moment.
