When you are sick...
do you have a hard time sleeping?
For some reason when I"m sick, I CAN'T SLEEP! I had a probable case of swine last year and probably slept a total of 20 hours in one week- despite the fact that I was home 24/7.
I know they say it's the best thing for you, but I just hate that dreaded feeling when you first wake up. I feel like when I'm sick and wake up from a nap I feel worse!

i cant get enough sleep when im sick. i never nap when im well, so i KNOW im sick when i want to lay down or sleep.

when i am getting sick i get very tired. i sleep a lot when i am sick and screw up my sleep patterns.

So was I when I made that post  I am just getting over a BAD cold!!
