When you book airfare online with a lap infant
Are you able to or do you have to call? We are trying and getting an error message and wondering if it's b/c of that or something else

I booked a flight online with JetBlue with my granddaughter and I had no problem.

For American we booked our adult fares online and then called to add the lap infant.

We figured it out. Thanks. It was due to dh apostrophe in his name.
