when you feel nauseus
what do you do to ease the nausea?

I try to relax and breathe in and out slowly, and maybe eat a tums/rolaids to help settle my stomach, so it doesn't turn into anything....and I drink water to get myself hydrated.

Whenever possible I try to take a nap and hope it will have passed when I wake up.

I did that too because my head was killing me, but I woke up more nauseus and ended up throwing up sorry TMI

Maybe you are getting a migraine?  I've never had one personally, but it sounds like you are experiencing the symptoms of one.

Maybe you are getting a migraine? I've never had one personally, but it sounds like you are experiencing the symptoms of one.
nope Ive had them before and this wasnt one. THis was more of a dizzy annoying headache

Is the headache gone and you have just been left with an upset tummy?
Maybe pop a tums or Pepto to help settle your stomach.

I drink a big cup of hot tea with a few bay leaves in it ... it settles my stomach every time. Feel better!
