When you go the hair salon

Do you go with your hair done or do you just go with it in a pony tail or with a hat on?

I'm going in about an hr and I took a shower and washed my hair but I think it's senseless to style it etc..

I'm going just for a single process color today.

I never go with my hair done. And I ususally dont wash my hair the day before I am going.

I wash my hair, lightly blow dry it and etiher go with a pony tail or leave it down.

my hair is usually done from the day before, I dont like to leave it messy just because I want them the see the color perfectly so they can match it right

I wash my hair the night before and never have it done when I go. Either in a pony tail or hat

I never wash my hair before getting color done ! Doesn't it dry out your hair?

What are you having done? A cut or color?

Usually when I get highlights done I try and wash it the night before and make sure its completely dry and sort of straight.

for the record my hair is washed and will be dry up in a clip.

My colorist knows the color already. I just didn't see the point of styling it.

BTW-I hate when they wash my hair. They get water in my ears and it drives me nuts.

i don't wash it before i go. I usually just put it up in a ponytail.

pony tail. I get colour when I go so it is better if my hair is a little dirty.

Usually I go from work, so it is somewhat done. But if I was going in the am, I would go with it in a ponytail

I only go with my hair done if I have worked all day but if you just showered I would just pull it back

hmm, I always wash and dry it before I go. I want the stylist to see how I style my hair, so she has a clue what I want to look like when I walk out of the salon.

If I went in with a ponytail, she could wind up doing some flip do that I don't like.

i will go with my hair unwashed

however if im getting color and i used a few hair products the day before its better to wash it and dry it because you dont want the color to not take becauase yesterdays hair products are still on your hair

I make my appts at the end of the work day, so it's whatever I did to it in the morning before leaving for the office.

I try to go with as few products in my hair as possible. But I can never leave my home without clean hair.
