when you take a shower where do you put your child

my ds is going to be 8 months in a couple of days and i am still putting him in a bouncy chair in the bathroom with me. do you leave your child somewhere else? im thinking he is getting bored watching me

we have a shower right off to their playroom. I close the door to the playroom and keep the shower door open, they usually come into the shower and sit on the floor and wait till I get out
Most of the time I take one when they are napping in the morning.

Do you have an excersaucer you can put him in??

I think at 8 months she was still in her travel swing. Once she was mobile I would just lock her in the bathroom with me with some toys. Now she has free run while I shower but usually she's upstairs with me.

I shower when they are taking their first nap (so they are in their cribs), or before DH leaves for work in the morning.

My girls take a shower with me and then i put them down for a nap and i get ready..works out great i highly recommend that.

Either Megan watches Einstein while I take a quick shower or she plays in her PNP.

If not, I bring the monitor into the bathroom while she is napping and take a fast one.

On a Monday when I am off from work I take him into the shower with me. Its great fun!

My DD is almost 8 months too and she is still in her FP infant/toddler rocker when I shower. She has her morning bottle while I get ready.

If my 6mo old is awake I put him in his jumparoo other wise I try to take it when he's napping (he takes a early nap every morning)

I try to take a shower when he is napping or I put jacob in his exersoucer

I would wait until he was napping, let him play on the floor in bathroom w/toys or put him in his high chair and turn on Jack's big music show

At that age I would either try to shower before she got up, or put her in her exersaucer- I would leave the shower door open and put her in the doorway, she could watch Sesame Street from my bedroom tv from there and I could see her.

I used to put her in my bedroom in her highchair and she would watch tv (sesame street, backyardigins, elmo). Now she sits on my floor and watchs tv. The bathroom door is open and my bedroom door is closed so she can't get out and wander.

She sits in her vibrating seat while I take a quick shower.

I try and take a quick one during his AM nap.
DS is 7 months.
If he is still awake, I put him in the crib, with music on, I grab the monitor and shower quick.

I try to take it during her morning nap. Lately that hasn't been working so great so I might have to start taking one at night after she goes to bed.

At that age I waited till she napped or only showered when DH was home.

She is not the sit and stay still kind of baby - she is into EVERYTHING so if I'm off from work, I shower during her morning nap. Work days...I hate to, but I shower the night before.
