My favorite dish that I've made at home since I started cooking.. it's not too complicated, but it's SO delicious- I would totally order this at a restaurant.
It's skillet chicken topped with a creamy balsamic sauce and caramelized onions.
I usually make it with roasted potatoes and garlic butter veggies (green beans or brussel sprouts).
