When you went from bottle to sippy cup......
How many sippy cups of milk did you give a day...about how many ounces. Right now Ava is 15 months and I give her milk in the sippy with breakfast and dinner. She gets juice for lunch. Do you think she still needs her sippy before bed? She seems to be ok without it.

If she is not depending on that sippy before bed I would not offer it. Becasue the goal it to eventually get them off of bedtime feedings as it can ruin their teeth eventually if they go to bed with a bottle/sippy. So I'd continue what you are doing and if she needs a sippy before bed, offer it with water.

I would say she's OK without it..... Nate usually gets 2 cups of milk - one as soon as he wakes up and 20-30 min before bed. When he's eating, I just give him bottled water (not in a baby bottle, he won't drink water in a sippy cup for some reason).

Julia went to a sippy cup at 9 months, but it was juice & water, I BF her till 11 months, then she had whole milk twice a day in a sippy.
