A teacher, nurse and a cop...Majored in education first year of college, then transferred to criminal justice, took the NYPD Exam, got called, never went. Applied for the NYCTF, got accepted, never pursued it. NOW I'm a corporate legal field and pursuing NYCTF AGAIN! Hopefully I'll get accepted and finally pursue what I originally set out to accomplish 10 years ago

I had a lot of different ideas:
Interior Designer
Police Officer
An ASPCA Officer
Health Teacher
Social Worker
...I'm currently on the road to being a Home and Careers teacher. It isn't the old "home ec" that it used to be - they have a section on relationships, what you want to be when you grow up, surviving on your own, sex ed, drug abuse, etc. So, I'm very excited about that - just gotta get there.
I'm more than half way there

Me too! I just could never though - I can't take animals in pain 
Me too. And I started college as an Animal Science major. It became too sad during my internship when many people chose to put their pets to sleep instead of spending money to save them.

I wanted to be a teacher
and then a stay at home mom with 4 kids
as of now, I'm niether and I took on Interior design instead of teaching.
Maybe in 2 years I'll be a SAHM
