When your cycle fails?

Does your Dr. discuss options for the following cycle?

I called to tell them I went for a beta but made a CD3 apt b/c I was already spotting. I didn't get a call about beta probably b/c I told them I was getting AF. So now I get to sit here hopeless and anxious till my CD 3 appointment and I have no clue if they will change anything or why the he!! I can't manage to get pregnant with 4 follicles.

Even then, what is there to discuss. Even when they change things, they dont work. Ugh Im so done with all of this
