Where are my LIW mommies???
Remember being on LIW planning our weddings?
Remember when our biggest worries were making the seating minimum? And finding shoes? And the length of our veil?
Remember losing sleep over what to serve at the cocktail hour?
Remember CRYING about wedding planning???? What the hell were we crying about???
It wasnt that long ago for me, and it seems almost like I was on another planet....

I got married May '04... its been a long time..
Out of curiosity I go on there sometimes and search to see if anyone is talking about my hubby since he's a photographer... One girl recently had him as a photographer from one of his studios and raved about him personally

And I never thought in a million years that 4 years later (joined in '03) I would still be on here.

It will be 2 yrs ago in November and all that wedding planning stuff seems like an eternity ago-I know DH is glad that it is over-I think I made him nuts!

SO glad I made the switch! I love LIF! The wedding and planning was fun but life is much richer now, just being married, and now with a kiddo.

I loved that site. It was sooo helpful with planning. But it does seem like 2 diff worlds b/c that was really helpful, whereas not to get too dramatic but this website I probably couldn't have lived without those first few mos with Ellie!
ETA since everyone shared their anniversaries we're actually coming up on our 10th this summer but we used LIW to plan a vow renewal b/c we eloped the first time

Yes I remember these days...LOL! It's so funny how we were all so worried about these things..and now when I see shows like Bridezillas or here people talking about these things I laugh to myself.

I thought I would done with the computer at that time.... then I discovered LIF.

I've been married for almost 3 years, so I was on LIW 4 years ago. And there are so many women over here that I feel like are friends. We've had these online relationships for longer than some marriages last.
