I like AG but they're pricy. I have a hard time finding jeans too. I'm 4'11 with an hourglass figure.
All I wear are AG, I threw all my other jeans out. I also have a pair of Joe's that I like, but the AGs just fit me 'right'.

Same as me. I'm 5'4 - just on the cusp of petite, b/c my legs are on the short side even though I'm average height - and these are two pairs that I find fit me. I'm bottom heavy, but a size 8 in most stores. I have both of these exact pairs, in size 8

I'm not really a skinny jean fan (because I am not skinny lol) I prefer a slight flare leg but I wore a pair all summer that I folded up on the bottom and they were really cute and slimming. They are from Vera Wang at Kohl's.

Definitely go into loft and try them on. I am also bottom heavy and need a normal rise. I own both the regular skinny and the curvy skinny. The curvy def have more room in the hips. Sometimes even so much that i see a little "bagging"...BUT they are super comfy and great to wear with a loose sweater and boots. They are also pretty cheap -- 59.50 usually on sale 40% off so you can get them for like 30 each.
Edited to add: A few ppl recommended American Eagle. I find their rise to be too low.

Serious question. I have tried wearing them but how do you wear skinny jeans with large thighs?
It just seems like an oxymoron.
Skinny jeans- fat thighs 
My thighs are MUCH larger than the rest of me- always have been.
I swear I feel like I look like an ice cream cone when I wear them.
Do you just wear a longer shirt to cover your thighs?
High boots to "balance out" the thighs?
Or do larger thighed chicks just not wear them, which is what I am leaning towards....

I have large thighs and hips. I didnt wear skinny jeans until like 2 years ago for the same reason. Now i live in them. I dont wear those extra long shirts bc I feel that makes me look even bigger or like a pear. I wear regular shirts or loose fitting sweaters with either flats or to the knee boots. I cant pull off the bootie. Ill prob start wearing those two years from now too. haha
