Where can I buy a black sweater shrug
In time for xmas eve?  I know they exist but I never seem to find them when I look. I've been wanting one for several years and I just keep waiting to see one. I've got a red jersey dress that I could wear for xmas eve but only if I find something to cover at least part of my upper arms. Thanks!
