There are some summer clothes on Carters.com so I would assume they have them in stores as well.

We went to Cali a few weeks ago (when there was a 95+ degree heatwave there) and I was able to find shirts and shorts at Target and Walmart for DD

Try Target. sometimes on the sale rack they have summer stuff.
Anything from the summer you still have that's too big? May want to go through that. It wasn't that long ago and maybe some stuff fits. You can probably still get t-shirts anywhere.

I didn't see any in the Carter's Outlets on LI but the Carter's Outlet in Woodbury Commons has tons of summer clothes. Most of the outlets there do because there are a lot of international shoppers who come from warmer climates. It may be worth the trip up there.

I actually ordered stuff online from Target and was having it shipped to my MILs house in FL where we are going... but I just got a notice that there is a shipping delay and they won't arrive until the day we leave. I tried on some of his summer stuff... his belly pops out of them so that's a no go. I guess I'll have to but some stuff there... I was hoping to get stuff before we go.
