Where can I get DH a new suit without breaking the bank?
So DH desperately needs a new suit. And he is sooooo far from a suit guy - I think the suit he has been wearing since we met was inherited from his dad. We have 4 weddings and an engagement party in the next 6 months and he neeeeeeds a good, all-purpose suit. Where can we go without spending a fortune??

If you can wait until around Father's Day, many stores typically have sales then on menswear. If you have a Macy's card and you have the 20% off coupons you can use those too.

Ditto. DH has one from there and one from Macy's. The one from Macy's is much nicer, but much more expensive, too.
Also, there's a suit place on Queens Blvd. I want to say it's by 63rd Drive? Anyway, they have some pretty good deals and a fantastic selection in there. The staff is really helpful, too, they know their suits.

Yes, they're gone now.
My DH has bought a suit at Karako once. Not the best quality but he has gotten a lot of weddings out of it!

Macy's. Also IIRC, you are Canadian. Show your Canadian passport and you get an 11% discount in Macy's. You have to go to the visitor's centre in Macy's, and they issue you the discount card. You can then use it for 30 days. I'm sure if they look through it and what your green card situation is, but it's worth a try. Bloomingdale's also offers this discount.

JCPenney, and there is always someone to help us. We didn't know what size to get and the salesman helped us out a lot and measured DH.

A co-worker was saying he got one at Burlington Coat Factory for super cheap. I think they only have 2 stores but if your near one it's worth checking out.

We just bought a beautiful one at Marshalls! He just took it to a tailor, and paid to have it altered. Michael Kors, for like $159!!!
